Jeremy Jay Lim is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Candidate. Jeremy is currently working as the Six Sigma Program Manager in-charge of the bank-wide program implementation, timely delivery and realization of project benefits. He also serves as a Consultant for Business Process Architecture and BPM Workflow Automation.
With almost 15 years of industry experience across manufacturing, BPO, banking and financial services, he has also passionately spearheaded and successfully pioneered various strategic change initiatives like TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM) in leading multi-national companies. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Mapua Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University-Taft.
Jeremy has written technical whitepapers and has done several presentations on Six Sigma and BPM. Jeremy is also the administrator for the Sigma Process Excellence page in Facebook. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and his passion for change.
At the same time, he is also working on his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification with the Project Management Institute (PMI) to strengthen his expertise managing change and to become a Strategic Business Partner for Change and Continuous Improvement.
